These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kellyloveyourlife.com and any programs, workshops, digital products, or services offered by Kelly Love & Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Kelly Love & Co. currently offers:
CULTIVATE — a live 2-hour Zoom workshop
Soul Sanctuary — an ongoing community and regulation space
Resonance — a 16-week deep transformation program
The specifics of each offering — including pricing, access, and duration — are described on the relevant sales or enrollment pages. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and understood the offering's details.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly offered and agreed upon. We use secure, third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
If a payment plan is offered and you miss a scheduled payment, access to the program or community may be paused until payment is received.
Due to the live and digital nature of this offering, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If you are unable to attend the live session, you will receive access to the recording.
Membership payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Due to the depth of preparation and the limited container size of this program, all sales are final once enrollment is confirmed. If you have questions or concerns before enrolling, please reach out prior to purchase.

All content created and shared by Kelly Love & Co. — including frameworks, written materials, audio and video recordings, worksheets, program content, social media content, and website copy — is the intellectual property of Kelly Love. This includes, but is not limited to, the following proprietary frameworks: Survival Mode Patterning, Identity & Capacity Framework, The Resourced Woman, Notice→Return→Choose (NRC), Unconscious Experience Osmosis, Contained Authority, and Emotional Timeline Shifting.
You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or repurpose any of this content without express written permission from Kelly Love. This applies to content shared in programs, community spaces, workshops, and on this website.
Personal use and integration of the concepts you learn is encouraged and welcomed. Sharing or commercializing the content is not.
By enrolling in any program or community offering, you agree to participate in good faith, with respect for the container and for other participants. Kelly Love & Co. reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or community space — without refund — if their behavior is harmful, disruptive, or violates the spirit of the container.
You understand that results are not guaranteed. Transformation is a co-creative process. What you receive is access to a high-quality container, skilled facilitation, and a supportive community. Your results depend on your participation, willingness, and the work you do.
The content, frameworks, and coaching offered by Kelly Love & Co. are for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial guidance, or other licensed professional services. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and decisions.
What is shared in group containers stays in the container. You agree not to share the personal stories, experiences, or disclosures of other participants without their explicit consent. This applies to all programs, community spaces, and live sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelly Love & Co. and Kelly Love shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant offering.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in New York.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or participation in our offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
